The box's this week include our first Brussel Sprouts of the season, Spinach/Chard Parsnips & Brocolli.
Leeks Black Kale Beetroot, Pepper Salad Pk & Cabbage all make an appearance in the larger boxs.

Lots and lots of delicious local & Uk produce available again this week including an excellent new supply of coriander , Black Kale, Red Onions, Brussel Sprouts, Onions, Salad pks, Lettuce, Chard, Cauliflowers,Spinach, onions, Red Cabbage, Savoy cabbage,  Leeks, apples, Turnips, Mushrooms and Parsnips.
 
We have managed to get hold of some UK organic watercress at only £1.67 - excellent value.
Plus delicious Graffiti Aubergines really great value at only £3.80kg
 
Fairtrade bananas £1.84 kilo.
If you need to ripen up your bananas quickly, try putting them in a paper bag with some ripe fruit or tomato. In a warm room they should ripen within a few days.

Orders need to be with us by Tuesday am for delivery Wednesday or Thursday, depending on where you live.

It is important to note that we are a veg box scheme and do not make up orders. However if you order a veg box you can add extras e.g. £8 veg £4 Fruit + 2lb potatoes & an aubergine.

A maximum of 3 changes can be made to the box.
If you would like a box every week on standing order please let us know.

£10 minimum order for FREE DELIVERY.

Payment is cash/cheque on delivery whenever possible but we also take credit/debit card details over the phone and cheques through the post. Cheques made payable to Beanos please, addressed to Orchard House, Holme Rd, Matlock Bath, Derbyshire, DE4 3NU.
